Ground Floor Exec Chef
All aspects of the ground floor kitchen, room service and bar will be over seen and managed by the Exec Chef. We are looking for someone with at least five years previous experience, at Michelin level cooking in a fast paced environment. Hotel experience not required specifically for this role but in lieu of this experience in a multi faceted business would be preferred.
We have no desire to place restrictions on what may be imagined but we endeavour to produce environmentally friendly, sustainable and offer plenty of healthier options to our guests in the ground floor restaurant, garden and bar. We believe this will not restrict only enhance what can be offered. We are looking for someone to wholly embrace or is already engaging in principled and selective supplies and naturally willing and interested in supporting this philosophy.
